FLASHH organizes “Team Building” activities for companies of all kinds in Sant Cugat del Vallés (30 minutes by metro from Plaça Catalunya). Our modern facilities offer both beginners and experienced climbers the opportunity to explore their physical limits; strengthen “soft skills” such as confidence, resilience, responsibility, develop cohesion, and trust and communication with your team.

Our team building activities are open to everyone, regardless of physical condition or climbing experience, and do not require any special equipment (climbing shoes are provided). The sessions will last 1.5 hours, and include a mix of different activities.

• Supervised introduction to bouldering, including safety training, warm-up exercises, and advice from our team of certified coaches. We will use climbing as a tool to foster teamwork and improve confidence.

• Access and introduction to “Flux”, our innovative parkour and ninja warrior area. This innovative facility (with a 200 m² foam pit) is the perfect environment to organize small challenges that will unite your team.

• Our bar/cafeteria offers food and refreshments. It is the ideal place to relax at the end of the session. You will have a dedicated area in our cafeteria for your team to use during the session.
