Training groups

Training groups are designed to accompany you in your discovery of climbing, or to allow you to evolve and improve within the sport.

Every week, our instructors hold 1h30 classes for small groups of various levels.

We offer courses for beginner, intermediate and advanced intermediate levels.

The beginner level is aimed at climbers who have climbed rarely and who want to learn the basic techniques with the help of a monitor.

The more advanced groups aim to optimize participants' climbing performance, while improving their overall fitness. Our instructors will adapt the training sessions to your long-term goals.

Classes will begin the first week of September 2025. When we have the groups ready, we will communicate to you as soon as possible the schedule in which you can train with our instructors. The groups will be of a minimum of 4 people.
