Training groups
Our training groups are designed to support you in discovering climbing or to help you progress and improve in the sport.
Each week, our instructors lead 1.5-hour sessions in small groups tailored to different skill levels.
We offer courses for beginner, intermediate, and intermediate-advanced levels.
The beginner level is ideal for those who have climbed only a few times and want to learn basic techniques with the guidance of an instructor.
The more advanced groups aim to optimize participants’ climbing performance while also improving their overall physical fitness. Our instructors will adapt the training sessions to your personal and long-term goals.

Monday:
7:30 PM · Beginner level
7:30 PM · Beginner level
Tuesday:
7:30 PM · Intermediate level
Wednesday:
7:30 PM · Intermediate level
Thursday:
7:30 PM · Intermediate level
Classes will start the first week of September 2025.
Once the groups are confirmed, we’ll let you know as soon as possible the exact time you’ll be training with our instructors. Groups will require a minimum of 4 participants.
